CULTURE2CONNECT Recruiting LLC opened in June of 2023. As part of the J2R2 Enterprises Family we look to make a difference in the Hospitality and Healthcare industries by supplying Culturally Aligned candidates with our Clients staffing and recruiting needs for Leaders and Managers. We are able to place General Managers up to C-Suite Leaders that will deliver sustainable results that drive both Profitable Top Line Revenue along with delivering actions and behaviors that bring Culture to life.

Before CULTURE2CONNECT Recruiting, Justin was a Senior Director of Company Operations for McCop Co. McDonald’s Company Owned Restaurants. Leading a team of Area Managers with over 100 stores along with part of the National Drive Thru Execution Team. The Directorship saw improved Cash Flow along with outpacing Regional Sales increase results in 2022 2023.

Prior to McDonalds, Justin spent time with Scooter’s Coffee working with a Franchisee in Oklahoma City to help facilitate New Store Build Outs and Drive thru Execution. Before Scooter’s, Justin Led two different Franchisee Groups of Dunin/Baskin in Oklahoma and Springfield Mo. In his role of Senior Director of Operations both Franchisees experience fantastic sales, guest count and cash flow improvements. Both Franchisees were able to develop and build new store counts with Justin playing a critical role in project management and the New Store Opening Process.

Justin before Dunkin spent many years working both on the company and franchise operations side for McDonalds. A graduate and certification recipient of many of the McDonald’s University courses and accreditations, he has always displayed a passion for recruiting, onboarding and developing great talent. Many of the middle to upper level leaders on both sides of the McDonald’s family umbrella have ties to the relationship, mentoring and involvement Justin played in their success.

Justin has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Missouri in Business with a minor in Human Resource Management.

Currently residing in Oklahoma City with his family, Justin looks forward to relocating to the Nashville/Franklin Tennessee area where he will be the Chief Marketing/Information Technology Officer for J2R2 and the President and Division CEO of CULTURE2CONNECT Recruiting as he is the Owner and Head Coach.
