Our Certified Coach(s) will take the Chief and the Tribal Leaders on all 9 Pillars. Starting with the Introduction Pillar and working thru the 7 Pillars ending with the Conclusion/Summary Pillar. The Certified Coach(s) work shoulder to shoulder with the CHIEF and their C-Level Leaders/Elders to guide and coach thru every Pillar. Each Pillar has its own challenges and opportunities to develop Goals, Targets and Strategic Action Plans to communicate Actions and Behaviors that align and bring CULTURE to life in the Tribe. The Culture2Cash Online Course helps Owners (Chiefs) look at not only create a vision of the Culture they want but then how to define the Key Words (Personal Nouns) that drive Behaviors and Actions, all from the comfort of the Chiefs Office. Building on those Behaviors and Actions we then look at the tool, systems and resources that are available to execute that will improve prosperity and build long term results through the guidance of live online coaching with their chosen C2C coach. One of the key parts of the program is doing in depth evaluations on how the current people systems help, hinder or create conflict in regards to driving culture to the bottom line.
