CULTURE2CASH works with the CHIEF (Owner, Franchisor, Franchisee or Decision Maker/Check Writer) on the JOURNEY of Creating the CULTURE Statement (Mission/Vision) thru the Plans, Actions and Behaviors that are needed to bring Culture to life and deliver Profitable Top Line Sales and long term growth and Prosperity of the Tribe. Our Certified Coach(s) will take the Chief and the Tribal Leaders on all 9 Pillars. Starting with the Introduction Pillar and working thru the 7 Pillars ending with the Conclusion/Summary Pillar. The Certified Coach(s) work shoulder to shoulder with the CHIEF and their C-Level Leaders/Elders to guide and coach thru every Pillar. Each Pillar has its own challenges and opportunities to develop Goals, Targets and Strategic Action Plans to communicate Actions and Behaviors that align and bring CULTURE to life in the Tribe. The shoulder to shoulder guided tour thru each Pillar will help in delivering:

• Well developed goals, plans and follow thru based on Purpose, Principle and Prosperity.
• How to make sure that ALL the things that guide the Tribe’s Actions and Behaviors are aligned to delivering the CULTURE and PROSPERITY needed to grow the TRIBE.
• How to Protect and Sustain the Action Plans that GROW both Prosperity and Culture in the Tribe.
• Follow Thru Wells/Betters check ups to monitor growth and sustainability of the success of each Pillar.

Culture2Cash Online Course

The Culture2Cash Online Course helps Owners (Chiefs) look at not only create a vision of the Culture they want but then how to define the Key Words (Personal Nouns) that drive Behaviors and Actions, all from the comfort of the Chiefs Office. Building on those Behaviors and Actions we then look at the tool, systems and resources that are available to execute that will improve prosperity and build long term results through the guidance of live online coaching with their chosen C2C coach. One of the key parts of the program is doing in depth evaluations on how the current people systems help, hinder or create conflict in regards to driving culture to the bottom line. This online program is built on the 7 Pillars that create a process flow to build results as shown in the Culture2Cash Book. The Student can look at a comprehensive 7 Pillar approach to creating or improving current culture or an individual pillar that may help in their company all via online.
